We welcome all levels of athletes and 2 or 3 person teams!

Important Note: There is a strict cutoff on the Long Course - all bikers need to be off the road by 9 am. If you cannot complete the first run and bike by 9 am you should compete in the short course

  • All athletes will receive a custom Chilly Willy TShirt

  • The event is chip-timed and athletes will receive splits for each segment of the race.
  • We will provide this to all participants on race day, upon finishing, along with ice-cold beer and other assorted drinks to quench their thirst.

This will be a event you don't want to miss
7:00 am Start Time - Roads close at 7:00 am sharp. If you are not in the park by 7:00 am you will not make the race.
This is a USAT event. There will be drafting marshals on the course.

This event has grown in popularity in the past five years and will close out at 500 entries this year.

Parking Info: Park patrons may now use their mobile phones to make convenient parking payments using the Parkmobile parking app. This upgrade will replace cash transactions at the front entrance booth at Fort De Soto and alleviate traffic entering the park. Learn more


REFUND POLICY

Chilly Willy reserves the right in the event of inclement weather, emergency, or natural disaster to cancel the race or move to a later time. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of entry fees.

The Duathlon is a marked 5k run ,followed by a 10 mile bike, and a second 5k Run. There is also a long Duathlon 5k Run, 19mile bike, and a 5k Run.
